Brazos Mall, located in Lake Jackson, Texas, is a regional shopping center serving the Brazosport area. The two-story indoor shopping mall offers a variety of retail stores, dining options, and entertainment for both locals and visitors. In addition to shopping, Brazos Mall features a food court with a variety of casual dining options and fast food choices.
The Design Build renovations completed included reconfiguration of tenant spaces to accommodate new leases, renovations to entry ways and common areas, and updating the public restrooms. The purpose of the project was to blend functional retail space with elements designed to offer a comfortable and practical experience for shoppers
